Terms and Conditions Shipping will commence as soon as full payment has been received. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide sufficient information to ensure the delivery of the goods. This includes a complete address and contact details. We collaborate with exceptional courier services and go beyond to ensure the best possible packaging. Given the nature of the product, we can, however, not guarantee that the rusks will arrive in flawless condition. Heavanz Rusks, thus, will not be liable for damages during the delivery process.
